Purchasing optimization for shopfitting materials

Our customer KIK, a leading non-food discounter with around 4,000 stores in Europe, has a constantly high demand for shopfitting materials due to ongoing rebranding measures and expansion. At the same time, the challenge was to make costs and processes in purchasing more efficient.

The aim of the project was to establish global sourcing, optimize the purchasing strategy with regard to new expansion areas and review the existing purchasing and contract structure.
