Our client, a leading company in the defense industry with complex purchasing and billing processes, commissioned us with the uninterrupted takeover of a project that had been running for over a year. The transition was to take place in less than two months - including training, integration into the safety-critical ERP system and smooth communication with sensitive internal interfaces.
