About the position

Senior Manager (m/f/d) Mechanical Engineering

What lies ahead for you?

  • Responsibility for our important focus sector, mechanical and plant engineering
  • Parallel management of numerous projects in an industrial environment (mechanical/plant engineering)
  • Leadership and employee responsibility, as well as rapid expansion of the workforce in your business area.
  • Project management, project planning and monitoring of goal achievement
  • Project-related reporting to external clients and internal management
  • Vulnerability identification and documentation, as well as development of solution approaches
  • Internal and external accountability for results
  • Further development of consulting approaches in agreement with management
  • Active acquisition of new customer projects, as well as building and expanding the network of intermediaries and reactivating existing contacts within our company.

What should you bring?

  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in strategy or process consulting in a similar role, as well as excellent knowledge of project management.
  • Extensive knowledge in (strategic) purchasing, procurement and mechanical and plant engineering.
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Very good sales and marketing competence
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent German and good English skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
