Creative agencies develop strong brand identities and effective campaigns. They combine strategic thinking with creative design and translate brand values into visual and communicative concepts. Fresh ideas, a deep understanding of brands, and experience in conception, design, and implementation across all channels are crucial.

Most common cost drivers: Personnel costs and related processes (e.g., correction loops, coordination, additional expenses, data and briefing quality that has not yet been optimized)

Development of visual concepts that clearly position brands and have a consistent impact across all media.

Design and production of target group-oriented content that clearly communicates the brand message and is consistent and appealing across all channels.

Media agencies
4–20% typical savings

Media agencies plan, manage, and optimize the use of media channels. They ensure the efficient placement of advertising messages based on target group analyses and strategic media planning. Through continuous monitoring and optimization of measures, they maximize reach, efficiency, and advertising impact.

Most common cost drivers: Lack of transparency in pricing, lack of competition due to few tenders/pitches

Planning and management of media campaigns across traditional channels and online media for integrated communication.

Combination of print and digital media to optimally address target groups across all relevant touchpoints.

Trade fair construction and events
5–22% typical savings

Trade fair construction and events create individual brand appearances at the point of experience. From conception and design to implementation, trade fair stands and event areas are created that attract attention and bring brands to life. Our client in the book wholesale industry had high insurance and brokerage costs as well as a non-compliant insurance program with existing gaps in coverage. The processes were inefficient and led to unnecessary costs.

Vehicle fleet and fleet management

Our client from the consumer goods and hospitality industry used its fleet of vehicles for both sales purposes and to motivate employees. The existing car policy was only minimally defined and there were no major customer contracts or framework agreements with manufacturers.

The aim was to review the leasing conditions in their entirety, identify potential savings and optimize processes via new framework agreements. By analyzing all costs and evaluating alternatives, savings of 9% were ultimately achieved with the existing supplier and 18% with an alternative provider.
