You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition. ABOUT THE JOB

Sales Manager (f/m/d)

What's in store for you?

  • Acquisition of medium-sized customers for our "Consulting" division, partly through networking, partly through direct contact / cold calling
  • Acquiring new customers, building and deepening customer relationships
  • Presentation of our services on the phone and, if necessary, on site
  • Support and maintenance of established relationships with customers and network partners
  • Participation in seminars and presentations
  • Preparation and participation in external and internal (strategy) meetings
  • Reporting to sales management

What should you bring with you?

  • Completed university degree in economics (specialized) or a comparable education combined with
    comparable training combined with professional experience in the service sector
  • Sales or business development experience, ideally in the service sector
  • Good feel for customer needs
  • Confident negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B business
  • A convincing personality paired with a strong service mentality and high customer orientation
  • Communication and teamwork skills as well as action and implementation orientation
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Confident user knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High willingness to travel
  • Emphatic personality with hands-on mentality
  • A good dose of humor
