In recruiting, we therefore pay attention to job descriptions that give you a vivid picture of your day-to-day work. We are happy to clarify any open questions quickly and straightforwardly beforehand. If we've managed to impress you, your application is the first step towards new challenges with us.

This is what happens next:

Applications received via the Kloepfel careers portal or by email

Email acknowledgement with request for GDPR consent

Central review of application documents and, if necessary, a brief initial telephone interview by the recruiting department

Pre-selection by the recruitment department and forwarding of documents to the specialist department

Initial phone interview

First personal interview with 1-2 department heads

Introductory day and/or second in-person interview with 1-2 additional divisional heads and/or management.

Verbal agreement / Sending of contract documents
