Our client in the telecommunications sector faced the challenge of coping with rising procurement costs in the waste management sector. At the same time, there was a lack of necessary transparency regarding existing assignments to service providers and legal security for the current contract structures.
The aim of the project was to comprehensively review service provider assignments, establish transparency and legal certainty, and identify and implement sustainable savings potential.
