Our client Segafredo, operating in the consumer goods and hospitality sectors, faced the challenge of holistically optimising its vehicle fleet and making both costs and processes more efficient.
The fleet was used for both sales and employee incentives. There was only a minimal car policy, no framework agreements, no manufacturer discounts, and no flexible contracts.
The aim was to review leasing conditions, set benchmarks, conduct a comprehensive cost analysis, and optimise the car policy. In addition, key customer agreements and framework agreements with manufacturers were introduced, and insurance conditions were reviewed to ensure sustainable fleet optimisation.
