Strategic Purchasing Sales Manager Direct (m/f/d)

Development and expansion of strategic partnerships with business partners and multipliers
Proactive and engaged acquisition of new clients for our „Consulting” division
Establishing sales partnerships (such as banks, tax advisors, accountants as referrers) as well as managing, controlling and further developing these partnerships
Setting up a comprehensive network of business partners and multipliers
Support for several key account customers and network partners
Continuous relationship management in multiplier sales
Initiating sales activities of all kinds; particularly in support of our marketing department and management.
Strategy development and creation of standardised marketing materials for the corporate group. Representation of the company and presentation of consulting services to customers and sales partners (by telephone and in person).
Creation of consulting offers and negotiations up to contract conclusion
Independent appointment scheduling and coordination
New customer acquisition / Direct business outreach
Reporting of activities and derivation of suitable sales measures

Completed degree in economics (or specialised field) or equivalent qualification combined with sound professional experience in B2B
Sales within a service sector
A great sense of customer needs
Confident Negotiation and Presentation Skills
A convincing personality combined with a high service mentality and strong customer focus
Communication and teamwork skills, as well as a proactive and results-oriented approach
Targeted, structured, and action- and implementation-oriented work
Language skills: fluent German and English
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel / place of residence in Southern Germany
Empathetic personality with a hands-on mentality
A good portion of humour
