- Industry-wide requirement: Proof of consistent implementation of information security and GDPR requirements, which VDA members require as a mandatory requirement in tenders.
- Full transparency: Visibility of audit results for verified industry partners in the ENX portal (Assessment ID: AW4Y26-1), as well as directly via the company website.
Meaning and high requirements of the TISAX® standard
TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) stands for a standardized verification mechanism developed jointly by the ENX Association and the European automotive industry. The certificate forms an essential basis for cooperation in the automotive industry: The members of the Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) require the label as a binding prerequisite for contract award.
The protection level 3 achieved by Arvato Systems marks the most demanding stage of the process. As part of the assessment, DQS BIT GmbH evaluated the effectiveness and maturity of the existing information security management system (ISMS) through detailed on-site audits as well as targeted expert interviews with the responsible project teams.

The audit confirms the company’s consistently high standards in data security and GDPR compliance across the automotive supply chain. To ensure seamless traceability for customers and partners, the audit results are stored under the assessment ID AW4Y26-1 in the protected ENX portal.
