Our client Dermatologikum Hamburg, working in the healthcare industry, faced the challenge of optimising procurement costs across multiple locations and standardising product groups efficiently across several sites.
Centralised control of indirect procurement was required across three locations in different cities. At the same time, there was a need for an external review of existing requirements, conditions, and supplier structures.
The aim was to review current conditions, strengthen long-term partnerships, analyse needs and scope of services in various service areas, and identify alternative suppliers according to defined quality standards. Additionally, current requirements from patients, health insurance providers, and new legal regulations were to be taken into account.
Learn how we achieved an average of 22.8 % cost reduction and high six-figure savings across seven product groups.
