Our customer KIK, a leading non-food discounter with around 4,000 stores in Europe, has a consistently high demand for store construction materials due to ongoing rebranding measures and expansion. At the same time, there was the challenge of making procurement costs and processes more efficient.
The aim of the project was to establish global sourcing, optimise the purchasing strategy with regard to new expansion areas, and review existing purchasing and contract design.
